To achieve this, we measured effects of spatial attention resolved retinotopically across multiple, precisely targeted stages of the visual processing hierarchy. We first performed retinotopically targeted Neuropixels recordings with single probes in primary visual cortex (V1) or multiple optically targeted higher visual areas (HVAs) while head-fixed, stationary mice performed a psychometric visual spatial task that elicits behavioral and neural signatures of spatial attention. We then measured trial-by-trial attentional modulation with Neuropixels recordings simultaneously across pairs of network nodes.","studyTarget":[],"assetsSummary":{"schemaKey":"AssetsSummary","numberOfBytes":0,"numberOfFiles":0},"schemaVersion":"0.6.4","ethicsApproval":[],"wasGeneratedBy":[],"relatedResource":[],"manifestLocation":["https://api.dandiarchive.org/api/dandisets/000885/versions/draft/assets/"]}
